What will the WGF be for multi-family dwellings?

The Authority has defined multi-family dwellings as attached single-level, apartment-like structures.  The Authority's Waste Generation Study has determined that the average multi-family dwelling generates 0.701 tons per year.  For 2003, the multi-family dwelling unit fee is $25.00 ($36.00 per ton x 0.701 tons).

The exception to this class is high-rise apartments. The Authority's Waste Generation Study has determined that the average high-rise dwelling generates 0.530 tons per year.  For 2003, a high-rise dwelling unit fee is $19.00 ($36.00 per ton x 0.530 tons).
