Timothy T. Hartman |
Since April, 1996, Timothy T. Hartman has served as Executive Director of the Waste System Authority of Eastern Montgomery County. He has more than 30 years of experience developing his communications and management skills with Montgomery County and with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources, Union Pacific Corporation, and with a hazardous waste startup company. Mr. Hartman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science Degree from Temple University in Philadelphia and completed a Master of Public Administration degree program. |
