The Waste Generation Fee (WGF) is based on
industry standards for an average use of the
non-residential property and, as with real
estate taxes, will be charged whether or not
the building is occupied. If the owner
disputes the assigned waste generation
category or size of the activity, the
Authority will consider reclassification
through an appeals process.
